Introducing Costflow Desktop Apps

It's been a long time.
We've just released an open source version of the Costflow desktop app (Mac and Windows). It supports adding entries to a Beancount file using Costflow syntax directly from the app, and you can also use your own Telegram Bot for on-the-go bookkeeping.

Note: This is an early version and may not be stable, so we suggest you set a new target file path for Costflow and include it in beancount.
